Job Description

1. Conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis while processing production of emulsion and intermediate products 2. Planning for production of such products 3. Collecting raw-materials from store required for production 4. Execution of experiments while processing production 5. Keeping track of quality product if trials and experiments required 6. Monitoring and maintaining required raw material ratio 7. Communicating to Prod Mgr. all relevant information relating to production 8. Maintaining and Operating mixing/starrer machine 9. Monitoring operation of diesel boiler used for product heating 10. Monitoring operation of cooling tower machine used for product cooling 11. Procurement of diesel required for production operation 12. Transferring emulsion from production tank to storage tank 13. Handling of filtration process of emulsion 14. Handling Diaphram pump operation 15. Cleaning and washing of tanks/reactors 16. Maintaining work operation surroundings clean 17. Monitoring and managing work of manpower engaged on said production activities 18. Proper handling of chemicals associated with said production process 1. Conduct qualitative chemical analysis 2. Conduct quantitative chemical analysis 3. Conduct experiment in laboratories for quality/process control 4. Conduct experiment to develop new products/knowledge 1. Maintenance of all Lab equipments 2. Proper handling of chemicals 3.
