Job Description
Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (Chat Support) to join our team. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, proactive, and efficient in handling user queries and concerns through chat support. Key Responsibilities: Handle 100-150 chats daily, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Maintain a CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) target of 70% or higher. Address user queries and resolve platform-related issues effectively. Record details of user concerns and provide solutions with follow-up via email. Ensure high-quality customer service while managing multiple conversations. Requirements: Experience in chat support or customer service is preferred. Excellent written communication skills in English. Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach. Comfortable working in a hybrid work model (3 days WFO, 2 days WFH).
