You are invited to join a leading BPO company for the position of Non-Voice Chat Support Executive for the Wheelz Non-Voice process (Chat & Mail) located in Gurgaon. Eligibility criteria for this position are as follows: - Only graduates are eligible to apply (BE/B.Tech graduates are not considered). - Final-year students without any backlogs are welcome to apply. - Undergraduates with at least 6 months of relevant experience can also apply. Assessment criteria for this role include: - Non-Versant Score of 52 and above. The offer details for this position are as follows: - CTC: 2.64 LPA - Take Home Salary: 16,200 - Monthly Incentive Variable (MIV): 2,000 - Cab Facility: One-way cab service along with a 2,500 travel allowance. The work schedule and offs are as follows: - Shift timings are 24x7. - Two rotational week offs are provided.
