Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. - Conduct financial analysis and reporting, providing insights to support decision-making for management. - Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate financial data and analysis. - Monitor cash flow and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. - Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations, and best practices in accounting and finance. Qualifications: - Chartered Accountant (CA) designation. - Minimum 1+ years of post-qualification experience in accounting or finance. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present financial information clearly. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - US GAAP and IFRS is Mandatory.
