Qualifications and work experience: 5-7 years of relevant work experience preferably in industrial solutions or tools segment and/or B2B sales cum channel development and management. MBA with engineering background is preferred however not mandatory. Channel Identification: Identify and evaluate potential channel partners aligned with our target market and business objectives. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations. Lead Generation: Utilize market research and industry knowledge to identify new opportunities for lead generation. Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads through various channels. Qualification and Segmentation: Evaluate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria. Segment leads to ensure effective targeting and alignment with the company's value proposition. Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and tailor lead generation strategies accordingly.
