Location: Swargate, Pune Department: Sales Reporting To: Business Head Experience: 5-10 Years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (MBA Optional) Industry Preference: Distribution/Trading companies in Industrial Automation Key Responsibilities: Partner Network Management: Retain, nurture, and grow the partner network. Sales Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets through effective channel strategies. Strategic Channel Development: Develop and implement channel sales strategies aligned with company goals. Training & Enablement: Ensure partners are well-equipped and trained to sell UL Electrodevices" products. Incentive Programs: Motivate partners to achieve sales targets through structured incentive programs. Sales Forecasting & Performance Tracking: Provide accurate sales forecasts & performance updates. Market Expansion: Expand the partner network and enter new markets through strategic initiatives. Joint Marketing Efforts: Execute co-branded marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness & lead generation. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective partner support. Conflict Resolution: Manage and resolve issues between partners and the company effectively. Required Skills & Competencies: Market Understanding & Sales Acumen Strong knowledge of industrial automation markets and distribution channels. Communication & Negotiation Skills Ability to build strong partner relationships and close deals effectively. Strategic Thinking & Relationship Management Ability to develop long-term partner growth strategies. Adaptability & Flexibility Willing to travel frequently and adapt to market dynamics.
