Reporting to: Asst Manager Tally Sales Location: Tirupur/Coimbatore/Erode/Chennai Key objective of the role: - Responsible for acquiring new accounts and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service delivery. Key responsibilities: - Achieving overall sales revenue and profitability targets. - Developing new business accounts for IT services offered by the company. - Identifying and pursuing new opportunities in the Channel sector, closing business accounts through effective negotiation. - Building, maintaining, and expanding client relationships by introducing new service offerings. - Developing and implementing Sales and Account Management Plans. - Addressing customer sales inquiries, understanding diverse customer segments, and proposing tailored sales strategies.
