Management Level G Role Summary The Change Team Manager will be responsible for the management of a team of Pension Project Analysts who support the EQRS private sector function and the subsequent delivery of change into the business. Core Duties/Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Management of a team of Pension Project Analysts Ensure change is effectively managed and delivered into the associated business function. Management of both cost and resources. Work collaboratively withthe Head of Function and the other Change Team Managers to understand wholesale changes that impact the portfolio of clients managed through the Change team(s). Support and shape the standardisation of operating models across the change teams. Identify and drive opportunities to maximise revenue. Identifying opportunities for collaboration across the other Change teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the broader function. Employee satisfaction Identify training needs and support growth opportunities. Guidance, coaching and motivation of team members. Performance measurement and management Address performance issues quickly, candidly and constructively Skills, Knowledge & Experience The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours: Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills Good people management and interpersonal skills Knowledge and understanding of the change framework.
