Job Description

Notice Period: Immediate - 30 Days 

Must have:
Good amount of experience in OCM

Design, plan and implement Change Management Environment.

Strong hands-on experience with PROSCI ,Stakeholder engagement ,Impact assessment ,OCM,Adoption,Training

Require hands on experience from the above skills.

Require good retail domain knowledge to understand business requirements.

Must have worked with high traffic views in a dayGood amount of experience in OCM

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop change tools to drive change interventions
Develop change content and work with visual design and communications teams to
execute defined work
Lead/support change management activities related to impact assessment, readiness,
and other change coordination with client
Develop communication content and plan, prepare readiness surveys, prepare training
plan and coordination with cross functional teams
Maintain and update change management framework, resources, and templates as
necessary
Consult with all levels of management to translate business requirements into learning
interventions
Prepare/Update the training material, based on solution design document
Prepare the Job aids as needed
Coordinate with Change Lead and prepare the communication plan
Support as needed in delivering the trainings

Qualifications:
A Bachelors/Master’s degree in Management, Psychology, Marketing, Business or
related field/or equivalent work experience.
2 – 8 years of relevant OCM experience
Ability to visualize concept and technical information into engaging materials to aid
communication and trainings
Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision-making
skills, and ability to handle sensitive documentation.
Willingness to stretch and flexible with the work/shift timings to meet the project
timelines.
