Skills And Competencies Proven track record of success as a CFO or senior leadership role Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and communication skills Experience in financial management and planning, listing of companies. Experience with financial planning and analysis & Knowledge of exhibition industry trends and challenges Experience with mergers and acquisitions International experience IPO experience and knowledge of IPO-related reporting requirements SAP implementation experience Qualification Chartered accountant with about 15 years of total experience. Additional qualification in Company Secretary and Cost Accounting, shall be an added advantage. Total 15-20 years of experience out of which 5+ years of experience in service, exhibition or a similar industry and at least 5-8 years as a CFO Skills: financial planning,ipo experience,sap,financial management,acquisitions,sap implementation,merge,strategic thinking,communication,reporting requirements,problem-solving,leadership,mergers and acquisitions,
