You will be responsible for managing and guiding center staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing business strategies, maintaining budgets and inventory, scheduling appointments, and ensuring operational efficiency. Additionally, you will handle customer complaints and supervise the repair and installation process. Your main responsibilities will include achieving sales targets, ensuring profitability, managing center expenses within budgets, meeting NPS targets, resolving customer complaints, adhering to center SOP, and monitoring and reporting market trends. This role is full-time with day, evening, and morning shifts on-site.
