We are currently seeking a Centre Manager to join our team at Beginners World Preschool located in Navi Mumbai. As a Centre Manager, you will have the opportunity to influence and shape the minds of young children in our preschool. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the preschool to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children. You will also be in charge of driving admissions through effective marketing strategies and building strong relationships with parents. Additionally, it will be your responsibility to implement a high-quality curriculum and ensure that the preschool complies with early childhood education standards. As the Centre Manager, you will lead, motivate, and provide support to a team of educators and staff members. We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field (preferred), along with at least 3 years of experience in preschool management or similar roles. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for this position. The compensation for this role will be based on your experience and qualifications.
