You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of Dr. Aravind's IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre as a Branch Head. Your main focus will be to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services while upholding high standards of patient care. As the Branch Head, you will be required to coordinate and supervise various hospital departments, including medical, nursing, administrative, and support services. Your role involves ensuring that all departments work together smoothly and seamlessly to provide integrated healthcare services. Another key aspect of your job will involve coordinating with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff to maintain the smooth functioning of operations. Effective communication and collaboration with the team will be essential for the successful operation of the hospital. In addition, you will be expected to manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve operational goals set by the hospital management. This will require a strategic approach to resource allocation and financial planning. Furthermore, conducting camps, generating leads, and visiting doctor referrals will be part of your responsibilities to contribute to the growth and success of the hospital. The ideal candidate for this position should have a UG degree along with a hospital diploma. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare management is required.
