Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Centre Head to lead and manage the operations of our educational/training center. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, operational, and sales capabilities to ensure smooth functioning, student satisfaction, and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring smooth delivery of programs and services Lead a team of faculty and support staff, managing recruitment, training, and performance Ensure high standards of student experience, academic delivery, and discipline Drive admissions, revenue targets, and business development for the center Handle student and parent interactions, feedback, and grievance resolution Coordinate with the head office for compliance, reporting, and strategic alignment Monitor fee collections, expenses, and center profitability Plan and execute local marketing activities and events to promote the center Maintain accurate data records of students, inquiries, and staff Key Skills Required: Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proven sales and target achievement experience Good organizational and administrative capabilities Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic IT tools Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Education, Management, or Business) MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus Minimum 37 years of experience in educational or training institute management Prior experience as Centre Head, Branch Manager, or similar leadership role preferred Job Type: Full-time Performance bonus Work Location: In person,
