Job Description

As a Demand Planning Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain demand planning processes and policies in alignment with the business requirements. You will play a crucial role in identifying, implementing, and managing appropriate demand planning tools to generate statistical forecasts efficiently while ensuring automation of the process. In this role, you will be tasked with designing and executing a consensus planning process in collaboration with the sales team. Furthermore, you will work closely with internal stakeholders such as supply planning, sales & marketing, and zonal planners to enhance forecast accuracy and optimize demand planning strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate with a statistical forecast analyst to explore and implement various AI/ML models for demand sensing and other relevant activities associated with demand planning. Your efforts will be instrumental in driving data-driven insights and enhancing the overall demand forecasting capabilities of the organization.,
