As a Center Manager (Clinic), you will be responsible for the overall operations, administration, and service delivery of the clinic. Your primary focus will be to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, staff coordination, client satisfaction, and adherence to clinical protocols. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing clinic operations, staff performance, and customer experience. You will be required to coordinate between doctors, therapists, and administrative teams, monitor inventory, maintenance, and vendor coordination, handle grievances, and ensure issue resolution. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, reporting, and budget management, as well as driving patient satisfaction, retention, and referral programs. Conducting periodic team meetings and staff training will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Healthcare Management, Hospitality, or a relevant field. You should possess 2-5 years of experience in healthcare/wellness/elder care management and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.,
