Talasha is hiring a Centre Manager for Indias Premier Indoor Play Center & Party Venue for Kids, based out of Ahmedabad Responsibilities - Lead all client interactions and guest relations. Be the brand representative for all incoming enquiries and present sales pitches about the centre & its offerings to prospective clients Handling the Events at the Center end to end from enquiry & booking stage to complete execution including supervising the various departments such as housekeeping, food & beverage, repair & maintenance etc Manage the Overall Day to Day Operations and Running of the Center Supervise & lead the staff & coordinate their day to day activities Lead the various teams & standardise processes around housekeeping. maintenance, food & beverage ops and cleanliness of the center. Prepare Daily and Monthly MIS reports & Maintain Basic Accounts & Petty Cash for the Center Co-ordinate with Suppliers & vendors Good to Have - 5 yrs + experience in sales & client facing roles Experience in handling operations and leading teams Strong Communication skills CTC - Rs. 7-8 Lakhs (Based on last drawn) Location - Ahmedabad,
