You will be responsible for directing all operational aspects of distribution operations, administration, and sales to ensure efficiency and success. Your role will involve assessing local market conditions to identify current and potential sales opportunities in order to achieve sales targets. Meeting goals and metrics will be a key part of your responsibilities. In this position, you will be expected to bring out the best in the branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation. Networking to enhance the presence and reputation of both the branch and the company will also be essential. To be considered for this role, you must hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field and have a minimum of three years of experience working as a Manager in the Aesthetic Industry. A good understanding of Aesthetic Sales, market analysis, and related concepts is necessary. Additionally, strong communication, negotiation, managerial, and leadership skills are required. Candidates with experience in Aesthetics or Slimming Industry are preferred. The ideal candidate should be below thirty-five years of age, with the flexibility to work on weekends. Immediate joiners will be given preference. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. Proficiency in English and Tamil languages is required for this role, and the work location will be in person.,
