Job Description
As the ideal candidate for this role based in PCMC, Bavdhan, or Kharadi, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and enhancing operational efficiencies at the Centre. Your responsibilities will include converting inquiries into admissions, implementing outdoor marketing campaigns in your territory, and actively participating in lead generation activities such as creating events, road shows, and in-center activities. Staff retention, parent engagement, academic implementation, and visiting existing parents for child development will also be crucial aspects of your role. You should be comfortable with the Key Result Areas (KRAs) and open to implementing new strategies to achieve the set goals. Additionally, maximizing revenue, handling sales, and ensuring parent engagement will be essential components of your day-to-day tasks.
