Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a CCTV Technician, located in Chennai. The CCTV Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV systems, ensuring that all systems are functioning correctly. Day-to-day tasks include working with Surveillance materials, providing excellent customer service, and effectively communicating with clients and team members to resolve technical issues swiftly and efficiently. Technicians may need to travel to client locations across South India for installations or support cases. Qualifications IP & Analog HD CCTV Installation and Troubleshooting skills Effective Communication and Customer Service skills Knowledge and handling of Surveillance / Networking Materials Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in a similar role is preferred Relevant technical certifications or training,
