Job Description
Perform installation and servicing of commercial and non-commercial IT security, CCTV, ELV, and home automation systems. Capable of on-site work using power tools, hand tools, testing equipment, and a laptop. Prepare and submit accurate service and installation reports. Maintain daily task reporting to the team lead or supervisor. Provide technical support to end users both on-site and remotely. Troubleshoot and repair systems such as CCTV, alarm, biometric, networking, and automation devices. Install and configure hardware and software for CCTV, alarm systems, biometric access, networking, and automation solutions.
