Job Description
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for making impactful outbound calls and connecting with customers to promote our products. Your main goal will be to achieve sales targets and earn great commissions. To be successful in this role, you should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales, excluding Loan/Credit Card Sales. You should possess good to average communication skills and have a previous background in sales. The ideal candidate will be between 18 to 35 years old, with a UG/Graduate level of education. The working hours will be from 10 AM to 6 PM, six days a week with Sundays off. In addition to a competitive salary ranging from 18,000 to 22,000 plus incentives, you will also be eligible for various benefits including commuter assistance, life insurance, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The compensation package includes performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, and yearly bonuses. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires weekend availability and work location in person.
