Location: Bangalore, HSR CTC Range: Up to 35 LPA Role Overview We are looking for a Category Manager D2C & E-commerce to lead planning, execution, and growth of our online commerce business. This role will own the end-to-end management of our e-commerce website (https://www.blezd.in/collections/akshaya-tritiya-collections-akshaya-tritiya-blessed-jewelry), product merchandising, operations, performance tracking, and revenue outcomes. Key Responsibilities Own category strategy and execution across the company's D2C offerings (Puja Kits, Spiritual Products, Temple Offerings, etc.) Manage the Shopify website end-to-end including product uploads, collections, banners, SEO, plugins, and checkout flows. Collaborate with design and tech teams to improve UX, performance, and mobile optimization. Plan and execute merchandising strategies: pricing, offers, bundles, and inventory management. Track and optimize funnel metrics: sessions, conversions, bounce rates, and repeat purchases. Work with logistics and ops teams to streamline order fulfillment, returns, and SLA adherence. Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, performance marketing, and CRM activities. What Were Looking For 3+ years of experience in D2C, category management, or e-commerce roles. Prior hands-on experience managing Shopify websites end-to-end is a must. Strong analytical mindset and comfort with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and basic SQL. Understanding of consumer behavior in Bharat (Tier 23 India is a plus). Highly collaborative, structured, and focused on outcomes. Good to Have Experience in spiritual, cultural, wellness, or FMCG categories. Exposure to logistics, warehousing, or supply chain planning.
