Location: Mumbai (On-ground role) Employment Type: Full-time Company: Rapsap Indias most trusted hybrid essential superstore CTC : 9 to 14 LPA About the Role Rapsap is launching its in-store Grab & Go Caf across 8+ premium supermarket locations in Mumbai and beyond. We're looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial Category Head to own this vertical end to end from sourcing and product design to retail experience, sales, and innovation. This is a high-ownership role where youll shape the entire caf category and play a key role in defining the customer food experience within a new-age retail environment. Key Responsibilities Category & Product Management Finalize, maintain, and continuously optimize the Caf SKU portfolio bakery, beverages, sandwiches, snacks, etc. Analyze performance data to identify fast/slow movers and execute monthly menu rotations Set pricing, margins, and combo strategies to drive AOV and repeat purchases Vendor & Supply Chain Coordination Work closely with caf vendors or central kitchens for fresh daily supply Ensure hygiene, taste, and packaging standards across all items Plan and monitor daily stock movement to stores In-Store Execution Roll out and manage caf counters at Rapsap stores (grab & go zones) Set SOPs for display, reheating (oven-based), stocking, and customer service Monitor packaging, shelf life, and wastage control on-ground Online Category Experience Own the caf section on the Rapsap App for 10-minute deliveries Coordinate with tech & design to update content, images, combos, and offers Monitor online caf orders vs walk-ins and improve discoverability Brand Building & Innovation Launch seasonal specials and festive collections (e.g., Diwali combos, Christmas treats) Work with marketing to plan caf promotions and sampling campaigns Lead the branding and customer experience of the Rapsap Caf vertical end-to-end Who You Are 35 years experience in food retail, QSR, cloud kitchens, or category management Strong understanding of caf/snack-based products, supply chain, and pricing Hustler mindset ready to work across vendors, kitchens, store teams, and data Highly organized with strong taste/aesthetic sensibility and P&L thinking Based in Mumbai, comfortable with store visits and on-ground execution What You Get Opportunity to own and scale a fast-growing vertical within a rising retail brand Freedom to experiment and build an iconic caf experience from scratch Competitive compensation + ESOPs + high-growth environment If you're energetic, take initiative, and love making things happen we want you on our team!,
