Job Description
Job Description: We are hiring a Cashier for the front desk at our caf & restaurant. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and experience in handling billing operations, POS systems, and customer interactions. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner at the front counter. Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently and accurately. Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure accurate order details. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback politely and effectively. Prepare daily sales reports and hand over cash to the accounts department. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the billing counter and front desk area. Follow SOPs and assist in stock checks or other administrative tasks when required. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum 12th pass; diploma in hospitality or accounting is preferred. 13 years of experience as a cashier or billing executive in a caf, restaurant, or retail outlet. Basic accounting/math skills and attention to detail. Presentable, polite, and customer-focused attitude. Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
