Job Description

You are seeking a Cashier to efficiently manage all transactions with customers. Your main goal will be to ensure smooth transactions and enhance customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include managing transactions using cash registers, scanning goods accurately, issuing receipts and refunds, redeeming stamps and coupons, cross-selling products, resolving customer complaints, providing information and guidance, greeting customers, maintaining clean checkout areas, tracking transactions, reporting discrepancies, packaging items, handling returns and exchanges. To excel in this role, you should have work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar sales position, basic PC knowledge, familiarity with electronic equipment such as cash registers and POS systems, good math skills, strong communication skills, time management abilities, and a customer satisfaction-oriented approach. This is a full-time job with benefits such as health insurance and a performance bonus. The work schedule is during day shifts. Ideally, you should have at least 1 year of total work experience.
