Job Description

As a Sales Reconciliation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy of daily sales transactions. This involves verifying UPI receipts with transaction reports, matching card transactions with settlement slips, and reconciling cash amounts against bank deposit slips and store balances. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying discrepancies in cash handling, reporting any issues to the relevant stakeholders, and maintaining detailed documentation for reporting purposes. Your role will also require you to follow up with store executives to address any discrepancies or missing data, escalating unresolved issues as needed. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills are essential for tallying entries accurately. Attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple store data sets are key attributes for success in this position. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Commerce, and at least 2 years of experience in accounts, audit, store operations, or data reconciliation. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule that requires in-person work at the designated location.
