Job Description
As a Cash Product Manager at our esteemed organization, you will play a pivotal role in the development, management, and enhancement of our cash management products and services. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders such as clients, sales teams, and technology partners, your primary objective will be to ensure that our offerings not only meet market demands but also comply with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include leading the development and enhancement of cash management products, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, engaging with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and support. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring product performance, driving innovation, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. To excel in this role, you must possess technical proficiency in cash management systems and financial software, demonstrated project management skills, strategic thinking abilities, a strong customer service orientation, proficiency in data analysis, an innovation mindset, strong financial analysis skills, and up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Cash Management Product. Proven experience in cash management or transaction banking, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, strong communication and presentation skills, and knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking sector are also essential qualifications.
