Roles and Responsibility: The counsellor will be placed in a partner school as a career and overseas education counsellor which will be based in the Tricity region and are amongst the best schools in India Job responsibilities will include career counselling, organising and conducting extracurricular activities for students from 9th to 12th, personality development sessions, and assistance in the overseas application guidance The candidate must either have prior knowledge of career counselling/ be from a psychology background or overseas higher education background The candidate will be catering to client interaction and will act as a liaison between the students and the backend applications team The candidate should be competent enough to conduct classes for the students on life skills and extracurricular development-related topics Job roles of the candidate will include targeting maximum conversions for overseas and domestic applications from the assigned school The candidate should preferably have prior knowledge of Co-curricular activities/profile-building processes Delivering presentations on Life skills related topics, company services, and various other topics related to overseas and domestic application processes Conducting career guidance-related sessions and classes from time to time for a group of students Travel across various partner schools in the Tricity region from time to time. Qualifications to this role The candidate must have Psychology background. He/she must have Exceptional communication skills Knowledge of Overseas Education counselling is a plus in case no psychology background The candidate must be open to travel.
