As a Care Manager at iMumz, you will play a crucial role in providing lifestyle consultations and counseling to pregnant women and new parents. Your responsibilities will include engaging with users on a daily basis, educating them on improving their health during pregnancy, and writing lifestyle guides and home remedies for effective communication. You will also be required to interpret Antenatal investigation reports, have a basic understanding of pregnancy-related physiological changes and home remedies, and adopt a lifestyle approach to major pregnancy systemic diseases. Working closely with the experienced team at iMumz, you will ensure a seamless journey for users enrolled in the program. Your role will involve bringing in creative ideas to enhance user experience and engagement, leveraging your expertise in Ayurveda. To qualify for this position, you should hold a BAMS or BAMS+MD degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Additionally, you should possess a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with pregnancy and postpartum care will be advantageous. Knowledge of languages such as Hindi, Marathi, Kannada, Telugu, and other vernacular languages will be considered a plus. Joining iMumz as a Care Manager offers a competitive salary structure, starting at 15,000/- with incentives during the 2-month probation period and increasing to 25,000/- plus incentives upon successful completion of probation.
