Job Role: Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. Conduct thorough market research to identify target markets and potential customers. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate product or service recommendations. Present and demonstrate products or services to customers, highlighting their features and benefits. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sales agreements to maximize sales opportunities. Close sales deals and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and pipeline management. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
