Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Greet customers and provide professional assistance throughout the sales process. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options. Build rapport and establish trust to enhance the customer experience. Sales and Negotiation: Present and explain the features, specifications, and benefits of various vehicles. Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle capabilities and performance. Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and financing options to close sales deals. Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest models, features, and industry trends. Provide accurate information about warranties, services, and maintenance plans. Driving Proficiency: Confidently demonstrate vehicles during customer test drives. Ensure the safety and proper handling of vehicles at all times. Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and process sales agreements and other required paperwork. Adhere to company policies and regulations during sales activities. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and customer satisfaction. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.
