Primary Role To supervise and coordinate front-of-house service operations, ensuring excellent guest service and smooth communication between staff and management.

Major Responsibilities:

Guest Service Management:

Greet and seat guests professionally.
Take orders accurately and ensure timely service.
Handle guest complaints and special requests efficiently.

Team Supervision:
Lead and coordinate waitstaff activities.
Train new staff on service standards and protocols.
Assign and monitor table sections and duties.

Quality Control:
Ensure food and beverages meet quality and presentation standards before serving.
Oversee cleanliness and setup of dining area.

Coordination:
Liaise between kitchen, bar, and service team to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate special instructions, allergies, or guest preferences.

Sales & Upselling:
Recommend specials and promote menu items.
Increase guest satisfaction while boosting revenue.

Reporting:
Maintain service records and feedback logs.
Report daily operations to the restaurant manager.
