Capex Controller - Business

• Develop and implement strategic financial plans to support the organization's capital expenditure objectives
• Lead the budgeting process for capital projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial goals
• Monitor and analyze capital expenditures to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics, for senior leadership review
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance financial efficiency
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies related to capital expenditure management
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and industry trends
• Participate in financial audits and risk assessments to mitigate financial risks and ensure data integrity
• Mentor and develop finance team members to build a high-performing and engaged workforce
• Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in capital expenditure management

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial management, specifically within the Real Estate industry
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing capital expenditure and budgeting processes
• Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree or MBA preferred

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification preferred
