Capex Controller - Business
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans to support the organization's capital expenditure objectives
- Lead the budgeting process for capital projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial goals
- Monitor and analyze capital expenditures to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics, for senior leadership review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance financial efficiency
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies related to capital expenditure management
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and industry trends
- Participate in financial audits and risk assessments to mitigate financial risks and ensure data integrity
- Mentor and develop finance team members to build a high-performing and engaged workforce
- Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in capital expenditure management
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial management, specifically within the Real Estate industry
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing capital expenditure and budgeting processes
- Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Master's degree or MBA preferred
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification preferred
