About the Role We are looking for a proactive and experienced professional to join the Walmart Vriddhi 2.0 Program as Manager Capacity Building. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of training initiatives to support MSMEs in navigating and thriving within the e-commerce ecosystem. You will be responsible for developing training modules, conducting in-person sessions, creating supplementary learning materials, and addressing operational and technical queries from entrepreneurs. This is a hands-on role suited for someone passionate about entrepreneurship, with a strong grounding in classroom facilitation, content development, and e-commerce business models. About the Walmart Vriddhi Program Walmart Vriddhi is a supplier development program aimed at empowering 100,000 MSMEs across India over three years. The initiative supports entrepreneurs in building their capacity for e-commerce tradecovering its opportunities, risks, technical requirements, and business potential. The program provides blended learning support through classroom training and a robust digital learning platform. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver high-quality training sessions aligned with program objectives. Develop contextualized content and tools focused on entrepreneurship and e-commerce. Provide guidance and support to MSMEs on digital learning platforms. Track participant progress and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure engagement and completion. Respond to MSME queries related to onboarding and operating on platforms like Flipkart. Coordinate closely with mobilization teams to ensure smooth rollout of training modules. Qualifications & Experience MBA in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or related field. 57 years of relevant experience in entrepreneurship training, capacity building, and project management. Strong understanding of digital platforms and business models in the e-commerce space. Skills Required Excellent facilitation and classroom training abilities. Proven content development skills tailored to diverse learner needs. Strong project management and team coordination capabilities. Familiarity with e-commerce tools and platforms. CTC: 10-12 LPA Reporting To: Capacity Building Lead Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel to program locations at least once a month.,
