Job Description Capability Development Job Description The Candidate should create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals Should have interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and/or within, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach Need to act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments Should manage large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts. Candidate Expectation Should be based out of / or willing to relocate to Mumbai or Bangalore. Should be comfortable with 100% RTO work mode. Shift timing US 9 am to 5 pm Eastern time zone (India - 4:30 / 5 pm to India 2:30 3 am).
