You will be working as a Candidate Source & Screen Analyst at Accenture. With a requirement of 3 to 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for improving workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. Your role will be aligned with the Recruitment vertical, accountable for delivering candidates to meet the recruiting demand as per the Recruiting Plan. Your responsibilities will cover Recruitment, Sourcing, Scheduling, BGV, Document Collection, Onboarding & Internal Shared Services to assist leading recruitment companies in achieving their goals and enhancing outcomes by focusing on the candidate experience. You will assess current and future talent needs, identify critical workforces, understand key workforce skills, competencies, and address talent gaps. As a Candidate Source & Screen Analyst, you will be required to analyze and solve lower-complexity problems. Your daily interactions will primarily be with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. While you may have limited exposure to clients and Accenture management, you will receive moderate-level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments. The decisions you make will impact your work and potentially that of others. You will function as an individual contributor within a team, focusing on a specific scope of work.
