Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Campus Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start a career in recruitment. The role primarily focuses on off-campus sourcing (60%), along with support in planning and executing campus drives.
Key Responsibilities:
Off-Campus Sourcing (60%):
- Identify potential candidates through college portals, placement officers, and online platforms.
- Conduct HR screening calls and coordinate with training and operations teams for virtual interviews.
- Maintain strong follow-ups with shortlisted candidates and ensure timely documentation.
- Engage and track candidate progress from sourcing till onboarding.
Campus Hiring Support (40%):
- Assist in planning and executing virtual and in-person campus drives.
- Coordinate with college placement cells to schedule events and interviews.
- Participate in pre-placement talks, group discussions, and interview rounds.
- Update internal trackers and help with documentation, LOI/offer releases, and joining follow-ups.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment life cycle (training will be provided).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable with virtual coordination and remote hiring platforms.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field (recent graduates can apply).
Preferred Qualities:
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude.
- Energetic, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
- Interest in building a long-term career in HR or Talent Acquisition.
