Responsibilities Ability to work in a rural environment and collaborate with local communities. Proven experience in campaign management, social media, or event planning. Develop and implement effective campaigns to promote NGO initiatives. Identify target audiences and create outreach strategies. Coordinate with internal teams, donors, and external stakeholders for campaign success. Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and impact. Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress. Conduct brainstorming sessions for new initiatives. Provide guidance and ensure effective implementation of projects. Plan and execute on-ground activities, events, and workshops for the NGO. Coordinate logistics, invite guests, and manage volunteer participation. Qualifications 2-3 yrs of Experience Salary :-25k to 30k Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Work, or related fields. Proven experience in campaign management, social media, or event planning. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.,
