Job Description
The Calls & Reception Team Head is responsible for managing the front office operations of KS Academy, ensuring excellent communication, professional reception management, and smooth coordination between students, parents, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and skilled in team leadership. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Management & Operations Supervise and lead the calls & reception team to ensure professional and courteous handling of all inquiries. Provide training and ongoing guidance to team members. 2. Communication Management Oversee incoming and outgoing calls to ensure accurate information dissemination. Ensure timely responses to student and parent inquiries via phone, email, and front desk. Implement call scripts and service protocols to maintain consistency. 3. Reception Management Maintain a welcoming and professional front office environment. Oversee visitor management and direct guests appropriately.
