The ideal candidate should have proven experience of 10-12 years of inside sales in managing call center teams, ensuring service quality, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have both knowledge and technical depth about the company and the industry. This is essential as they will be a central person in the decision making process, working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary. Responsibilities An Inside Sales Contact Centre Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective leadership and strategic planning. Oversee the daily operations of the call center, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to improve service levels and operational efficiency. In-depth understanding of sales strategies and the sales administration process. Manage team performance, training, and motivation. Monitor KPIs, call quality, and customer experience metrics. Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution of issues. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes and implement best practices.
