Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on inquiries, confirm orders, and conduct customer satisfaction surveys. Problem Resolution Listen to customer concerns, provide accurate information, and offer effective solutions. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately enter customer information and details of inquiries, complaints, or comments into the companys system. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Quality Assurance: Follow company protocols and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery. Participate in regular training sessions and quality assurance activities to improve performance. Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services. Achieve sales targets set by the company. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team environment. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 6 months of experience Education: High school diploma or any degree Experience: Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers and customer service software. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
