We are based out of Gurgaon and are present in over 30 countries. We are looking for young, energetic and dynamic Cafe Manager for our first cafe at Gurgaon Faridabad Road. This role is perfect for someone eager to work in a start-up environment. You will have the opportunity to experience rapid growth in a mission-driven company and to work with a dynamic, young team in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities Managing day to day cafe operations including opening & closing procedures, billing procedures Ensure strict compliance of cafe policies, standards and procedures Check the entire restaurant before operations for the day to make sure that all furniture and equipment is clean and in working condition and that all stock supplies are sufficient. Inspect the cleanliness, hygiene and presentation of all tableware prior to use. Recruiting, training and supervising kitchen and cafe staff Setting daily, fortnightly and monthly goals for the kitchen and cafe team Ensure all guests are welcomed according to company standard and are seated comfortably. Interacting with customers and assisting them in a informative and helpful way, ensuring complaint resolution within 5-10 mins and long term solution to problems Has excellent oral English communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications Prior work experience is a must for this role.
