Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Caf Captain at 4S Hospitality LLP located in Mumbai. The Caf Captain will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing staff, and coordinating with the kitchen team. Key tasks include taking orders, handling customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
