Job Description
As a CAD/CAM OR CNC OR Additive Manufacturing Trainer at our leading Skilling & Training company in the field of Advanced Manufacturing, you will be responsible for providing formal or informal training in one of the specified areas. You should possess a B.E./B Tech degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience. The compensation offered for this position ranges from 5,00,000 to 7,00,000 LPA. For a CAD/CAM Trainer, proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar programs is essential. You should be able to create 2D and 3D models, assemblies, and drawings, along with knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). Additionally, familiarity with CAM software for generating toolpaths and CNC code is required. Understanding machining processes and the ability to optimize toolpaths for efficiency will be crucial in this role. If you are applying for the position of a CNC Trainer, you should have proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints. Knowledge of CNC programming, machining processes, tool selection, cutting parameters, and hands-on experience with CNC milling and turning machines are necessary. Adherence to safety protocols and the ability to implement safety measures during CNC machining operations are also key responsibilities. As an Additive Manufacturing Trainer, you are expected to have knowledge of various additive manufacturing technologies such as stereolithography (SLA), selective laser sintering (SLS), fused deposition modeling (FDM), and metal 3D printing processes like selective laser melting (SLM) or electron beam melting (EBM). Understanding materials used in additive manufacturing, material properties, behaviors during the printing process, and proficiency in CAD software for creating 3D models are essential skills. Familiarity with AM-specific software tools, including slicing software and generating support structures, will also be beneficial in this role. If you are passionate about training and have the required skills and qualifications in CAD/CAM, CNC, or Additive Manufacturing, we invite you to join our dynamic team to contribute to the growth and development of individuals in the field of Advanced Manufacturing.,
