Location: [Santacruz West, Mumbai, India] Experience: 2+ years in CAD + Pattern for ethnic apparel Full-Time | On-Site Rinwera (RV Creations) is hiring a CAD Master to lead pattern development for ethnic wear. Bring your expertise in digital patterning and help us scale beautiful designs with precision. Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced CAD Master to join our production and design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate digital patterns for a variety of ethnic garments, ensuring high fit and fabric efficiency standards are met during sampling and bulk production. Key Responsibilities: Develop and modify digital garment patterns using software such as W. Collaborate with the design team to translate sketches and tech packs into precise patterns Conduct pattern corrections and grading based on fit reviews Ensure efficient marker planning for optimal fabric utilization Maintain a well-organized digital library of patterns and design files Support sampling and production teams with timely CAD outputs Interpret style specifications and ensure pattern accuracy for various sizes Qualifications & Skills: Proficiency in CAD software for ethnic apparel Minimum 2 years of experience working as a CAD Master or Pattern Maker in the fashion industry (ethnic wear preferred) Proficient in industry-standard CAD software (Winda) Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and fit Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines Good communication and coordination skills to work across teams Preferred Skills: Experience in Indian ethnic wear production Familiarity with pattern grading and tailoring adjustments Knowledge of fabric behavior, drape, and seam allowance best practices Benefits: Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) Opportunity to work with a fast-growing brand in the ethnic fashion space Exposure to end-to-end design and production processes Collaborative, quality-focused work environment How to Apply: Send your resume and portfolio of work (if available) to jay@rinwera.com For questions, you may also contact +91 98191 37711,
