As the Head of Department CAD Jewelry Designing at a prestigious jewelry manufacturing brand represented by Magic 360 in Jaipur, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional design execution and manufacturing excellence. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire product creation lifecycle, from manual design to CAD development, production, quality control, and quality assurance, before the product is ready for production. This leadership position requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a keen eye for fine craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the design and production process - Maintain precision and consistency in CAD design, manual design, production, and quality control/quality assurance - Develop efficient workflows and provide mentorship to designers to achieve brand excellence - Collaborate with manufacturing units to ensure material feasibility and design viability Desired Skills & Expertise: - 10+ years of experience in high-end jewelry manufacturing and design - Proficiency in CAD software, particularly ZBrush tools - Strong foundation in design principles, technical drawing, and manufacturing processes - Creative mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and time-management abilities - Previous experience as a faculty member at a recognized jewelry design institute is advantageous Joining Magic 360 offers you the opportunity to work in an innovative and intellectually stimulating environment.
