Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and decision-making skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication and interpersonal skills. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and gain experience in US-based accounting and audit practices. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements. Audit Support: Assist in planning and executing audits, including fieldwork and documentation. Tax Preparation: Support tax compliance activities, including preparation of federal and state tax returns. Account Reconciliation: Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness. Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures. Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to gather information, address queries, and provide updates. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest accounting standards, regulations, and best practices. Required Skills And Qualifications Attention to Detail: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all tasks. Analytical and Decision-Making Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions.
