The Cash Proc Sr Supv role involves overseeing accurate and timely processing of transactions in collaboration with the Transaction Services team. Your primary goal will be to utilize your technical expertise and understanding of team dynamics to enhance efficiencies, meet deliverables promptly, and achieve cash management objectives effectively. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the compliance and sanction screening activities of APAC Operations Cash are handled effectively and proactively. You will engage with various teams such as Operations, Implementations, Technology, and Compliance to support operational processes and provide necessary assistance. Additionally, you will participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation, and training sessions. Monitoring compliance activities closely to uphold Audit and Control policies will be a crucial part of your role, ensuring adherence to departmental procedures and compliance standards to reduce firm losses. You may also lead or contribute to projects, maintain department calendars, and assist in handling transactional escalations from junior staff. To excel in this role, you must possess problem-solving skills, be adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and exhibit strong people management abilities. Your focus on control, compliance, and risk management will be essential, along with your proficiency in managing complex systems and processes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills will enable effective collaboration with staff and other business units within Citi. Moreover, having a commitment to diversity, willingness to work in rotational shifts, and a good understanding of the Cash & Trade industry will be beneficial. You should also demonstrate leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to managing risks.
