How Will You Contribute to the Company As a Software Development Engineer III, you will utilize your hands-on industry experience in embedded Linux and low-level networking to lead the Platform firmware team. You will collaborate closely with top developers and leaders in the industry, experiencing both enjoyable and challenging work with ample room for innovation. What Will You Do - Engage in the software development of WAN Edge platform software. - Play a key role in launching our Netcloud OS on new hardware. - Drive the development of the next generation of WWAN BEWS endpoint devices. - Demonstrate expertise in embedded networking software development, including Python, C, C++, kernel debugging, and Makefile. - Work with cutting-edge communication technologies and address intricate software development obstacles. - Learn and contribute to building state-of-the-art networking products that empower enterprise customers to establish connections from anywhere to anything. The skills you bring: - Proficiency in C/C++ and Python, along with Linux kernel and drivers, with a minimum of 6 years of experience. - Understanding of Cellular/5G standards and modems, as well as WLAN standards of modems. - Familiarity with Bluetooth standards and modems, as well as Ethernet switches and PHYs. - Knowledge of switching, routing, and security protocols, with expertise in drivers for the aforementioned devices. - Mastery of bootloaders and secure boot processes. - Understanding of image construction and image signing. - Experience with the latest networking router platform.,
